Miami Township Fire Department Day in North Bend WHEREAS, the Miami Township Fire Department has provided fire and EMS service to the Village of North Bend for five years; and WHEREAS, the Miami Township Fire Department is celebrating seventy-five years of service and dedication to the safety of life and property; and WHEREAS, October is Fire Prevention Month in the Village of North Bend and Miami Township NOW, THEREFORE, I, Jim Rolfes, Mayor of the Village of North Bend, Ohio, do hereby proclaim Saturday, October 23, 2004 as in the Village of North Bend I CALL UPON THE PEOPLE OF North Bend to attend the Miami Township Fire Department Expo on Saturday, October 23, 2004 and participate in fire prevention activities at home, work, and school and to take the steps necessary to make their homes and families safe from fire and injury.
