Village Government, Officials and Services The village of North Bend has a statutory form of government. There is a mayor and six council members. Council members and the mayor serve four year terms. North Bend is located in the 1st U.S. Congressional District, the 34th Ohio Legislative District, and the 8th Ohio Senate District. Village council meetings are held the last Monday of each month at 7:00 PM.
